OK then David, time to get pedantic! You should know better than to use the word ALL when it comes to entomology, or botany for that matter. :D
There are families of spiders which have 6 eyes. For example, Dysderidae and Segestriidae families; plus several others. Counting the eyes is one of the first stages in identification.
But yes, you are correct in saying that MOST spiders have 8 eyes. :)
