OK, the watermark. I'll be blunt:) if you feel that you need one and I'm not saying you should not, spend some time coming up with a less obtrusive one, something translucent. These look amateurish on a very non amateurish picture. Not sure what software you use but sure someone can give advice if necessary to help.
