I know that there have been experiments using small UAV's for front line military reconnaissance. I wonder if a scaled down model of this vehicle carrying a tiny P&S camera might not also have a place in the military arsenal. I can think of some instances (such as under heavy tree cover) than a little vehicle like his might have been handy.

The standing joke about 1D series cameras is that you can use them as a weapon to knock out a charging rhinoceros, and then use it again to photograph the unconscious beast!
