I hope you don't mind some suggestions;

I think this would have benefited from a small clockwise rotation to get the verticals in the bottom centre of frame vertical, which is how I do it if there is nothing else to reference like a defined, known flat, horizon.
Perhaps a little (more?) sharpening too.

Hi again firstaider,

Apologies for "doing it again" to your second shot.

I can see why you took the shot, the suberb colour contrast of the red leaved tree against the background ones.
I cannot access the EXIF data, but as you say; it was a dull day, and this has resulted in too slow a shutter speed for the conditions.

The netting near bottom of frame is sharper than the subject which I suspect was being blown by the wind. However, I think it also shows a vertical camera shake movement.

Hi Yan,

Am I right in thinking a GND (Graduated ND) filter was used?

I think it might have been worth bringing up the luminance of the wave top(s) in PP; they look unnaturally grey to me the further up into the sky they protrude.

A very difficult shot well done, quite 'busy', as these shots tend to unavoidably be.
My only suggestion is to crop off the right hand edge a little to exclude the foreground object (is it a shoulder and arm?).

I'll sit back and wait to see if anyone furiously objects or feels they have been left out :)

Seriously, if I haven't commented on yours, it is because I couldn't think of anything constructively helpful to say, by which I mean there's nothing you'd have any real contrl over - or the shot is just too good!
