Antonio - Re your comment about Adams. One of the challenges for me in making this was to not constantly be 'seeing' Moonrise, Hernandez in my head and to make my own image, not a copy of that work.
It would be naive and disingenuous to try and pretend that it (Moonrise, Hernandez) never featured in my thinking in the weeks that I planned and then finally executed this image. But I hope I have not just tried to copy what was done in that image, but have indeed made my own work.

As the haiku poet Basho once said, "don't follow in the footsteps of the masters, seek what they sought." A great example of that principle put to practice.
