Hi john, the others have offered lots of good advice, and i don't feel qualified to offer anymore.
But what i will say is i have have seen a lot of your posts, and i think you are selling yourself short. It is clear from what i've seen of your work you have already learned a great deal, and produce some fantastic images, but i admire your hunger to learn more.

Oh boy, Can I ever relate to this!:( About 1 out of about 20 pictures I take are worth keeping and processing.
