This one was next to the Grand Union Canal in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, last week.
Philip :)
Thanks John. I could put a caption with most of these Squirrels that everyone has been posting. They have great poses and expressions :)
Philip I know the canal. I was born and lived in Hemel for a long time......I don't like admitting it though lol

Have you tried Squirrel proof feeders John?
I have some similar to this and they have worked for me.

OH THANKS! I think I saw those at the store, but didn't get them because I wasn't sure they worked. I'm on the way to the store again, right now!....
Nothing is 100% Squirrel proof as they are very good at finding ways, but those feeders are good. I've seen plenty of times in my garden squirrels give up trying to get to the food.
Just returned to this thread and seen the other photos-marvellous shots, especially the squirrel on the lens.Lol.
Not the sharpest shot but this chap didn't mind posing while having a drink out my birdbath this morning.....

Very nice, the thing I like about park squirrels is that they are so used to humans they will sit still for you at close range.
John, that is because they are expecting a peanut for doing just that...
thanks Skysquirrel
So cute! I especially like the first photo :)
