Good idea to start a colour-themed thread. I'll be very happy to play. It's quite a challenge for close-ups in particular as yellows can be hard to capture, especially if the sun's out, and I've been avoiding the colour for a while as a result. So it will be a good discipline to make it work.
How much yellow does a subject have to have on it to qualify?
Seri
Thanks seri, i'll leave how much yellow up to you.

The second one is a beauty. Love the background colors with the vibrant yellow. Great work!

Thank you, Mary, Steve and Wendy.
Mary and Wendy, I always look to your images for inspiration, as they are a lot like what I wish I could do.
But, this is really Steve's thread, and Steve, I think your images are wonderful. I have watched for your other images, and now I must watch for your butterflies and birds as well! Great job!
