Quite a number of beachscapes include wrecks... usually shipwrecks. The wreck at my local beach is a little different; its a rusted old car body, complete with steering wheel and tyres! Location is Saunders Beach, Townsville, Queensland.

Just a little personal comment FWIW - I have only been a member for a few months but have been so impressed, not only with the quality of the work members are constantly submitting, but with the broad expanse of the planet that members are covering with their photos. It is so great to see so many people peacefully engaged in a common love of photography. CiC is giving us all views of places we otherwise would probably not see. Thank you all.

But, you're right. It does make you feel good when you see not only the quality of work that appears on here, but the spirit of friendliness and helpfulness in which people share information and advice. I know that's why I've stuck around for so long and will continue to do so.
