Awesome shot, Mike! All things work on your image. Makes me remember the phrase "If it is not good enough, you're not close enough." This time it's more than good because you filled the frame with what was essential! Well done, Sir. Just a little tinny, tiny request though... can you sharpen the iris a little bit?

That's just about as good as it gets Willie. I have already used unsharp mask and sharpening selectively on the eye, which is very dull. This guy seems to have a very strange eye (I'm no zoologist). I'll post another shot which shows a very strange cast in the eye which is almost like an inner eyelid. Weird!!

It looks like a reflection of the retina, but I've no idea really.
