Very intriguing work. My only comment is that... I can't seem to get the idea about the title and the shot. I probably need another cup of coffee to get this.

The second man appears to be fused into the first with his head disappearing into the stomach....alien pregnancy?

sadly I cannot see the image, shame, on occasions I like to see something a bit more extreme than DRF photography.
(dogs, rocks and flowers)
