I have seen a fair few of these across the forums and I always find my self asking....why? Having said that this is a particularly good example. I am trying to think of a way of using this technique in a really mad way but my creative genes are inthe wash at present

read some of the tutorials, give it a go
almost everyone has a picture of a city with people or cars on it
or if you have a tilt-shift lens or a lens baby (i have a lens baby 2.0), you can make one without tutorials
