    Trying to get this right

    Hello all,

Tried to post to the Mini competition (Monochrome) and only got to get the link to my picture to show. Using Picasa because that is where I have my pictures...doesn't look like FlickR is still viable and I hate to do it on more than one site...here's another try...Spring has sprung...although we had sleet and snow yesterday..

https means that it is a secure link. It should work for people who have a picasa account, like I do, I was able to look at your pic by clicking on it. But I can't see it in the post.

That seems to have worked Plus it's a lot nicer to look at than the html snippet from your original post
Nicely composed and framed and it does a good job as an icon for spring - but maybe a tad too bright ? I think you could have possibly gone 2/3 to 1 stop down and enriched the colours and the depth nicely.
    Nice shot though
