The grandchildren were playing and I was following trying for some action shots when Maya just looked straight at the camera, too good to miss. Comments welcome. Quite heavily cropped but minimal PP.

I think you captured a nice expression from her. I know it's a personal choice, but if you want to apply some skin correction on her, that would lighten up her face and gives a more soothing expression from her. I'd also probably recommend some small amount of sharpening to the eyes to make the image 'pop'. Nice work, Peter.
