More Spring

Here's another spring blossom pic -- my husband says it looks like it's underwater, but I thought it had a kind of "deep in the forest" feeling to it.

this is really beautiful Elise, I love the contrast between the background and blossom... I've been enjoying practicing with textures as well and have found a few free downloads to use, and am working on creating some of my own.... you have some really great work on here

Hmmmm I think I like the original better, if it had a similar crop. Of course that might be because I'm looking at it with my eye, not yours.

These are lovely, too, although, I think that I agree with Pops that I like the first one in untextured version, too. I think that textures took out some of the textural beauty of the original. I could certainly be wrong, though....
