    I know you shot it with a 300mm Telephoto... how close were you?

    Hi chris, this was shot with a 300f/4L + 1.4TC (420mm) at f/8 and iso 1250. I sit next to a feeder and take shots from about 12 feet away. In post , i crop or clone out the edge of the feeder. Sometimes i can catch them far enough away from the feeder that i don't have to do anything.
