Just one question, in the tutorial I read that I shouldn't use Auto white balance (I didn't know that). What is the best way to do it? The AWB mode gives me proper results, but is there maybe a way to lock the white balance settings? I know there are pre-sets, but I find them a bit off most of the time, so I don't like using them for getting a set white balance.

I start with 1/2 to 2 stops overexposed . Try taking a "normal pic . Now over expose it . Look at file size . the over exposed has a bigger file size - more info . Can't wait to get the new canon 7D - it can go 5 stops in each direction [ +5 . 0 -5 ]
