    Blue fly, grey sky

    I took this a few months ago, and parked it in the "maybe" folder. It doesn't really do it for me but yet when I was on a "clean up the catalogue" visit earlier today I couldn't persuade myself to delete it!

    No, no, no, do not delete it.

    Perhaps a bit of cloning out of the more wispy bits of the plant might help, but even without doing anything it is definitely worth keeping and probably printing.

    Don't throw away, may be just reduce the bottom until few cm from the end of its tail.

    Maybe crop off the excess stalk at the bottom, but leave the 'stalky bits' where they are. They do not detract from the image. A great shot.
