    Some Images from Port Mahon

Some recent images from Port Mahon on the Delaware Bay. Comments and critiques are welcomed.

The oystering industry has run aground.

It's a desolate place that the waters will eventually take back with the rising tides. A man was murdered on this pier this past May.

Good effort. Maybe I would like just a fraction more space at the top of the last one but still a nice composition where everything has come together well.

Such an interesting, colorful series of images and each one shows its own unique point of view!

The last one is so much fun that I agree with Geoff that it would be worth the effort to provide more negative space at the top. If you don't have it available in the capture, the very plain sky in that area would make it relatively easy to expand the canvas and copy the sky into the newly expanded area.

If necessary, I would be willing to lose a tad from the bottom of that last one to add to the top. Only a little would make such a difference.

Thank you all for your comments. This has been a fun little project. The last image was severely cropped so there's plenty to work with; here it is with more room at the top as suggested.

That second version is much better. You could lose just a little from the top if you wanted to show more at the bottom; but OK as it is now.
