Helpful Posts: Another metro thread.
From Holland to Paris one passes Lille, and only a few stop there. So I had a look.
The Lille metro exists out of 2 lines, both are automated 100%, no driver in it. The metro station at Lille-Europe is partly open. The walls are covered with paintings. I heard that the paintings are a little bit faded through the daylight.
It's a part of France worth to visit.
