Two Jacks Lake

This place is called Two Jacks Lake and is surrounded by mountains on all sides. Pre-season so not many people around but apparently gets quite busy during the summer. No mountains where I live so I was filling up the SD card quickly.

There are photographs of an area and then there are photographs that makes one want to visit that area. Your images fall into the latter. Stunning scenery and reminds me a LOT of Le Trois Tetons, Grand Teton National Park.

Yours shots are all good but my favourite is #2 --it has the perfect elements put together including the position of the humans. I just wish that the clouds are more pronounced.

Thanks you Nicola. Two Jacks Lake is just a little east of Lake Louise Alberta along Hwy 1.

Maybe too many people in #1 so it tends to lack a distinction over which was the main intended subject? Like Izzie, I prefer #2 where the people are definitely a nice touch addition to the main scenery.
