    Robert Capa's Magnum Gallery

Here is a link to Robert Capa's Magnum Photo gallery. Capa was one of my favorite photographers

Capa's Spansh Civil War photos (despite the fact that his most famous - of the soldier getting shot - was likely faked in one degree or another) were really great both as action war images and human interest images.

This Wikipedia site provides links to the photography of a collection of great photographers

Yes, I've seen the documentary where the accusations were made, doesn't take away from the daring excursions he made to the frontlines. Thanks for the links.

    Richard,

I mentioned this book before, "The Mexican Suitcase", http://www.icp.org/exhibitions/the-m...-war-negatives

The first book gives an idea of the developments in journalistic, photography, political, personal in that time area. The second part over 4000 contact prints. Gives an idea how these people framed their pictures. I think it's about 20 till 30 dollars in the US. I bought it new for 25 euro in Holland.
An other book worth to possess is "The definitive collection", http://www.magnumphotos.com/C.aspx?V...D=2TYRYDYQ7NF9
