I do not know who James Franco is but I have seen pictures of Justin for the antics he had been portraying...so this one I will put as Canadian Bieber...good shot...I like that you got the expression all right...and the hat...

Hi Izzie, James Franco is an actor, he was in the controversial movie "The Interview" and also Rise of the Planet of the Apes and Spiderman series. Thanks for commenting, the dancer's pose in the photo reminded me of both Bieber and Franco.
