Sunset just a few minutes ago over the Mission Mountains. I finally got some flowers planted but they are pale in comparison. But the flowers and mountains together make a beautiful, tranquil evening scene.

What makes the mountains so dramatic, is that they rise suddenly from, what seems to be, a relatively flat plain. That's an amazing light in the sky.
Lovely though your garden is, what do you think about a crop at the bottom that cuts just at the top of the bush? This would give just a indicator of the land leading up to the base of the mountains. In a 2:1 aspect ratio you can get the right hand summit close to the right-hand vertical third and get the summits in a line along the lower third horizontal.
