Very nice mono conversion, Rich...I would rather that you give this shot a nice tatty frame to go with the theme of the image...

Izzie, I don't think it is a mono conversion but just low saturation due to atmospheric conditions.

I would like to see the contrast in the foreground lifted a bit (especially the grassed area). You will have to be very careful and not go so far that the mood is lost.

Nice atmospheric capture. I think the floating object could be cloned out as it isn't recognizable.

I like this very much - it conveys the atmosphere to me. I vote the duck (?) stays.

Who else remembers Steeleye Span's version? I am guessing Rich does.

Thanks...I looked after I responded and cannot delete my response... so I let it go, but I still like the almost sepia coloring of the shot...

Thanks Izzie, the tatty frame is a nice idea..... but it isn't a mono conversion... no filters or editing... it really looked like that on the day!!!
