    Very nice, that blue on black is just so much more dazzling to me. The pastels are very pleasing, one of my favorite dry mediums. I've often found converting images to pastel so challenging, the ability to change background brightness is so helpful.

    +1 to John's comment...he is just so used to colours having shot a lot of them already. Me? I just like the blue on black. It is simplier to look at without the artistic eye...

    Blue on black for me as well. The pastel version looks more contrived which is an odd thing to say I guess because they both are.
