Dean - very nice capture.
It appears to be a touch bright overall, perhaps a bit overexposed. Maybe knock down exposure overall a bit and then bring up the exposure on the girls face. I believe this to be the emphasis of this photo in my opinion. Also composition wise, maybe if there was a photo with the sign a bit to the right in the photo to full reveal the girls face and determination to sell those eggs.
Finally I would PS out the partial egg carton in the lower left of the photo.

Erik,
I agree somewhat too bright, but several of my previous post seemed brighter than on my monitor. As for the partial egg carton, I choose not to add or remove elements through PS.
