    Teddy Bears' Picnic

Well I guess it is sorta like a shot of people... lets say "special people"
The big teddy was 62 yesterday (6th May)

The theme for this shot was "Childhood"

    C&C please

    Teddy Bears' Picnic

The exposure looks quite bright but not blown, although it is clipped.
    Good WB and colours.

Good composition too, apart from ...

I would rather see all of poor left hand teddy, he's been partly cropped off
The edge of blanket visible in front right corner distracts slightly.
The flower bed behind is possibly an unnecessary picture element, although it does give context to the shot.

    A bit like this ...

Sorry, I couldn't resist messing with reality

    Cheers,

    Dave,
Thanks for the comments which almost perfectly match the judge's comments ... background should be more blurred and the bear on the left was too tight.
I did get a good mark for interpretation of the theme.
This was taken the other week when we had the one fine day with slightly warm sunshine.
    Thanks

Glad to see you posted it, after my comment.

Brilliant shot. Won't hear any criticism. 10/10. Teddies rule!

    A pretty cool composition, David!
And Dave, you have done pretty neat job, especially with the teddy on left!

Nice picture. It triggered fond memories of a children's radio program I listened to as a child...the Teddy Bears' Picnic was the theme song.
