Lots of good elements, the only thing that distracts is the station sign which I understand you have no control over. It makes the photo look like you added text.

Interesting image. Melanie. I like the overall cool tones that you used in the image, I find that these are quite effective with the background. What I don't particularly like is the blurry person in the foreground; he just doesn't work for me. I find that if you cropped him out, you will have a stronger image.
