Nicely captured and processed, very atmospheric image.
I like the compositions with the curves of the stairs very much May I ask if the floor in #2 is out of focus , it looks a bit blurred
Based on these, I'm looking forward to seeing more from this project.
However, I don't understand the name of your project. If tempus fugit means time flies, I'm not making the connection between the name of your project and the content of the images.
Antonio I like the first shot very much. The composition is artistic and the B&W treatment very good.
Dave
Thank you. Perhaps it is out of focus... I was photographing at f/2.8 ...
I am not very worried about technical perfections in this project but more about emotions and feelings.
Yes, Binnur is right In fact, I am supposed to drop a few lines about this project, which I haven't done so far...
Thank you Dave ! Happy you like this project !

The last one to be posted here from the stairs. I don't care about the grain/noise but more about the shapes.
This is super Antonio Grain suits the image very well, I like everything in this image.
Nice and harmonic compositions, Antônio. The B&W choice was a wise decision. All of them are very nice images, IMO. Great job!
Parabéns...
First one for the shapes (the window highlight is a bit distracting but I hear what you say about technicalities Antonio); the second because I am intrigued by the hand hauled lift on the back wall and the third because it is just a superb image. An excellent set of images.
I just noticed that all three images could be of the same stair case. Are they?
Obrigado Otávio !

The lift was supposed to get the food upstairs as this is the kitchen in the lower floor.
It is indeed a most curious and clever solution.
This palace was built in the beginning of the XX th century.

Yes Mick this is the same stair case in all photographs.

Let me take you to other areas...
The reflection on the floor comes from the marble on the wall.
I really like that last one but I think you're wrong about the reflection on the floor. Notice the sunlight on the wall next to the window. That sunlight, not the ceramic wall, is being reflected onto the floor.
Antonio!
Coincidental that I was thinking of you just yesterday and that I had not seen any of your work posted on CiC for a while.
I know you are busy with a lot of projects and it is good to see some of your images again.
Interesting staircase. I really like the flow and lines you have created. Your B&W conversions are, as usual, impeccible.
Marie
Another good image of yours, thanks for sharing
Yes Mike that is what I meant. Well... my fault. I didn't express the right way.
The wall is in polished marble and the light is reflected from there.

Thank you Marie. I try to work mainly on projects but I also make random photographs, of course.

Thank you Binnur

And here goes another one. Aren't you bored already ?
Not remotely. This last one is actually my favorite of the series so far. I just love the bright light beyond the doorway pulling my eye through the entire scene. I also like the line of the falling ceiling, as I'm always a fan of diagonal compositions.
By the way, thanks for reminding me of the "center" configuration that displays the image in the center of the post. I think I forgot about that long ago and hope to remember it from now on when displaying my own photos.
I like the first shot very much. The composition is very good
