Usually the easier thing is to just pop onto the Canon website and download the latest versions of the codec + zoom browser + EOS Capture.

Yes, that sounds right. It does work because I remember viewing DNG with Zoom before I got rid of it.

    Why not use Bridge?

I downloaded the latest version of codec and zoombrowser, however I didn't see the EOS capture that was mentioned. In zb, I still can't see the dng files for some reason...??.

I do like the idea of using bridge and I'll start playing with it. Do you know if bridge has the feature to see your AF point selections as you do in ZB?

I don't think you can see AF points in Bridge. If you have CS4 the Bridge CS4 is pretty cool at keeping your shots sorted. I rarely have any problem finding anything. For example, you can go to a folder of shots, and select them all and it will give you a list of all the keywords they are tagged with. You can then click one of the keywords to select all those files, then click another to add those. That sort of thing. Previous versions were not so good.

It was there when I checked just now ...

At a guess I'd say that Canon don't support DNG. Personally I don't normally use any of Canon's software - I stick with Adobe products.

    Bridge is good

    Not that I'm aware of.
