    Stunning Rob! I like that you were restrained on the dark on gritty style that you have shown us in the past. This image really makes me wonder what he was thinking about and that's one of the great things about good photography.

    you certainly have the knack Rob of finding such interesting characters for all your wonderful portraits.
    I would submit that finding them is a developed skill, it results from being able to see into their souls...
    then capture that which he sees, then develop that pain for others to see.

    I do wonder, what might be the result, should Rob look...for old folks that smile.
