Congratulations to Dave, Roger, Hui, and Dean for outstanding images! If it were possible, I would have voted for all four as the best in each of their categories! You folks sure make voting for 'just one' very, very difficult!

I agree with Frank. I wonder if it would be feasible to use the same rules of the minicomps, i.e., one could vote for more than one image and we could follow the competition online, during, say, 5 days, seeing the coloured bars for all the entries (bars would need to be thin to fit all together in the screen). I think it would be quite funny (although I am not saying it would be easy for the moderators to implement ).

Congratulations everyone, inspirational photos again. If you can't get motivation from images like this I don't think you ever will.
I agonized over Dave's awesome squirrel shot and Deans gambler shot but it was the quality of the lighting for the night shot that just swung it for me.

Thank you. It’s always a joy for me just to post my image here for your viewing and to receive your preferential votes is wonderful indeed. With a 4 months old baby, sleep deprivation & busy work schedule have been making it a real challenge to make images but it’s all worthwhile when I see such encouraging comments from Christina and Andrew. It just got a bit more challenging now the world cup is on . Congrats to all participants & thanks again for voting.
