I haven't seen any PCMCIA devices around for years, but I do recall a PCMCIA to CF adaptor being available in the past; just wondering if one of those would give you an alternative line of attack?

Electrically the CF interface is similar, so it is a simple adapter, and if it fits physically in the device, it should work. When a CF card is inserted in such an adapter, often it is a tad longer than the card itself, so a door for the compartment might be impossible to close, and it will stick out. There are also micro hard drives in PC-card format (as well as CF), but they will draw more power from the battery.

    The adapters are still current.

Thanks both but no, it has to be the one stated as I collect old digitals and this is for (should have said) an old Kodak DC150
