A large, heavy stick is required equipment for all curmudgeons! You never know when you will meet a large alligator, or a drunk Bimbo with a pink camera!
Actually, I like alligators!

Re: Compact Cameras with RAW

Guilty confession if I had the option of getting a new camera of my choice in either standard black/anthracite grey or in magenta or vivid pink I'd be tempted try the pink one. I actually own a pink tie and can post pics to prove it (I wore a similar purple pink one for my wedding complete with black shirt). Oh dear......... I better stop typing now.

Well ... for what it's worth, I bought a new laptop PC the other day - and yes, you guessed it ...

... it's pink

Did it to wind up my kids after they broke the last one - they want one just like it soooo bad ... and they're not allowed to touch this one!

It may not work as well with today's new fangled cameras, but check out the styling over at http://www.cameraleather.com

Re: Compact Cameras with RAW

aw man some of those are so tasteless they exceed the bounds of fashionable, shoot straight through the zone of unfashionable but forgivable, keep on going past real fashion crimes (I'm good at those, I once owned tartan bondage pants, more than 1 pair!) and come full circle coming to a stop back in fashion.

The hideous snake skin ones have got to be the best, I really want one of those hehehehe. I might buy some real nasty fake snakeskin and glue it to my existing camera, that will make so many people jealous I just know it will. In all seriousness I quite like many of the black and dark effect finishes along with a few others.

Well, at least now I know whose party invites I'll reply to. Pink ties, laptops and pink leather cameras are all very well, but, I'll be round at Bobs with me large heavy stick, an alligator and a drunk bimbo.
