Whats the best AF points to use for soccer?

If it were me (and shooting from a distance) I'd just stick with the centre one, and with left+right assist AF points. I'd probably use servo mode with tracking sensitivity set to slow, and main focus point priority set (so it won't quickly set the focus to the fence if the middle AF point moves off the action).

How do I post with EXIF?

Just save the file with EXIF Data in tact (ie don't use "save for web").

Current C.FN Settings

We have a few differences ... in Section III I'd give some thought to the following ...

5 = 0 (Lens Focus Hunt)

8 = 2 or 1 (AF Assist points) (effectively expanding the centre AF point so you don't need to track the action as precisely)

9 = 3 (AF point selection) - with this set you can press the joystick to switch between selected or all AF points, and also select specific points by pressing it in specific directions - I find it very handy.

What lenses are you using by the way?
