I would be tempted to clone out that flag-pole and flag on the right hand side. It does catch the eye and draws attention away from the rest of the image. And it is such a good image. The lighting on the old timber structures in the foreground, is superb.
Donald,
Thanks so mıuch for your invaluable feedback. I really appreciate it. Do you also feel the yellow on the right seems too ssturated? I toned it down a bit. Unfortunately, I only use Lightroom and, therefore, cannot clone anything out Maybe I should get Elements or something.
Murat, what version of Lightroom do you have?
Bruce
Murat, Under the Develop module in LR5 I just cloned out the flag. LR5 will sample pixels in the area to replace what was cloned out. I did have LR4.4; however I am not sure how that version's cloning tool worked. I think you can clone it out as if it was a dust spot or bird.
Hope this helps.

I just posted my second and final shot of this bridge. Any feedback on either photo in terms of composition and post would be appreciated.
