I had a few minutes to myself this afternoon so, what do I do? I do what my wife refers to as "feeding my addiction". OK, I have to agree with her...my camera is always with me so I guess I am kinda addictedI spotted a single bee flying from flower to flower...yep, that will do. I had the 55-250 on the camera and this is what I came up with today.
Minimal PP but they have a pretty hefty crop.

Jon, these are nice shots; however IMHO the brightness of your background is in competition with your subject.

I have to admit that I am no expert Jon but that looks more like a Marmalade Hoverfly. I have to agree with Bruce. The background could do with toning down but nice captures all the same.
