This pic is confusing to me. It appears you were focusing on the rain (hence the title); however the background is to busy.
IMHO I think your concept was good, but the execution did not quite carry it off.

or, a scene of rain at the airport.
But if the author's satisfied, who am I to say otherwise.

Hi Kib, I like it. For me it captures the mood of sitting inside waiting while it's raining outside pretty well. It's a rather similar look to the window of the train I'm sat on right now!
