1st trip with new gear to Hocking Hills

I know I am going to forget something...I always do Getting ready for the 5 hour trip to Hocking Hills State Park for a 4 day mini vacation.
    What am I taking? Well, everything I have (I think):Canon T5i w/18-55 & 55-250 (my new toy)
Canon Powershot SX30is (my old toy)
    Tripod
    Batteries w/chargers-1 for the SX30 & 2 for the T5i
Filters (which I have never used...yet)
    Multiple SD cards (2-32gb, 2-16gb, 4-8gb)
Assorted cords, bags, backpack, cleaning kit, computer...

I guess if I don't have it with me then I don't really need it! Right??

With a new camera, take your manual. With differences in the cameras you'd hate to run into something that you couldn't change and ruin a series of shots.

Don't be so focused on what to bring. Take the best photos you can with what you have..I always travel light and seem to take better photos when I do.

Travis, even taking ALL my gear, I am probably lighter than most. Most of the gear will be in the camper while I am out and about

Given the environment, a dust blower brush might be useful .
