    I like it. Might need a small counterclockwise rotation, but it's a very good image

    They built a tunnel for a train and never used it? If it had, it would have left some tracks.

    Interesting image. It's tough to know the size of the tunnel without some other object to help with the scale. It looks small to me, but I'm sure that is an optical illusion, more in my mind than in the photograph. Nice stonework. I also like the light at the other end of the tunnel.

    Dated at 1895 and with evidence of smoke blackening, I think it probably was. If this is in the UK, it might be that the original track has been converted for leisure purposes e.g. as a cycle track. Interesting shot and well exposed. I also like the light at the end of the tunnel. Oh, and welcome.

    the tunnel was used and is in perth Western Australia it,s now a heratige trail thanks forthe welcome

    Looks like you took your time to get that far end in the nicely in the middle.

    EXIF Nikon D90 at 18mm, 1/10s, f/8, iso 200.
