    Rare Bird Shot

Not a rare bird, just rare that I photograph one. Had some gorgeous light I didn't want to waste.

That is some gorgeous light and an interesting perspective. So glad the light was utilized by a skilled photographer.

Nice work, Kevin, certainly don't want to waste light like that. I like the bird's eye checking you out, too. Good posing

A really interesting photo. I had to look carefully before figuring out what I was viewing!

The colours of the bird against the very dark water work extremely well.

Awesome lighting to be sure. The eye looks cool peeking out of there.

Kevin, great picture. Is it tilting to the left?

Yes it 'tis, Karm. I did that when I rotated the image to gain a little diagonal. I was pretty certain no one would notice the perspective change so I lazily did no perspective adjustment. When will I learn you guys don't miss ANYTHING??

I will fix it, mate. Thanks for your good eye.
