Greg, like the idea you want to express. I think the picture needs bolder processing and a bit of cropping. I'm sorry that I can't specify exactly what I mean by my first suggestion. I just know that if this image was mine I would be playing a lot with LR4's sliders.

Karm and Bobo, thanks for commenting. I keep returning to this image - I think it does need something more (I agree about the crop). I will continue to work on it.
