Fish Net
I was trying to get a shot of a couple of fishermen but having no luck. So I caught their catch instead. They had this fish -and several others - in this net in a small rockpool.

Re: Fish Net
I think it is a very nice image, wonderful, focus, light and detail. At the same time, I think it is a sad photo, ie; the story of the poor fish being captured... but then again the story makes it an even better photo.

Re: Fish Net
Christina and Mary, thank you for your comments. The fish was still alive, though soon to be eaten.
Re the Story telling: the two fellows I was trying to photograph noticed me. We nodded to each other. I saw them land a couple of fish, they smiled, I waved etc. After about an hour I finally gave up (because the sun and the sea just would not co-operate) and I took a couple of shots of the fish in the net and started to walk off. Then one of them approached me and offered me a cup of tea. It was just one of those human moments.
