Muskrat getting an afternoon snack


Common Yellow Throat, a tough little bird to capture. He is of the Wood Warbler family


This may be quite common to many of you but we do not have these guys here. He must be very lost....by many 100s of miles if not thousands. He is a White throat Sparrow. We have many of his relatives but this guy is mid to mostly easter side of the US.

Paul, as usual, great shots! I particularly like the first one -- a good action photo (I recently posted a similar altercation between a merganser and a gull).
