California Aquatica

I've been really busy and it's been a while since I started a thread here, so I thought I would get back into the swing of things with a few images from a recent trip to California. We drove down from Oregon to visit relatives and see my niece, who is quite a good competitive swimmer, compete in a Far Western swim meet. It was the start of an aquatic theme that ran through the whole trip.

Very nice. I like the one titled spectators but consider the waves and rock formations to be the main subject.

Thanks for the feedback. And you are right, the big waves (pushed by 30 knot winds) and rocks are the main show, which we sat watching a while. But we realized that those other spectators had the best seats in the house.
