    Karm I sure can appreciate the detail in the tall grasses,especially when enlarged. That said I kinda wish this shot was taken through a gap in them . Sorta frame the image with the grass instead of masking the image with the grass. Looking at this picture I notice the wind blowing to the right, I would be on the bank to the right casting into the wind. Pulling a plug along the bank trying to entice a lunker out of the tall grass

    Hi James. I took this picture sitting on my butt. I liked the Bulrush against the sky. The lake and the opposing shoreline are props.

    Weather is just starting to warmup. Bass are still in deeper water around 100 feet off the shoreline. I love to fish this lake's shoreline with a deer hair mouse -- generates viscous strikes.
