I would crop tighter on the left side and use a different size ratio.
Everything to the left of the 'bird's tail' is of no consequence so it distracts from the main scene. And it would place the rainbow a little better with regard to the overall composition.

Hi Fernando, I like the way the curves of the two lamposts on the left echo the two rainbows, and the lampost on the right reflects the principal one and closes the composition. Even the roundabout sign fits in to the birds 'fan' perfectly ! It's mostly the foreground and the clutter on the right which are a bit distracting.
My small rework with some q&d cloning out...

I liked also the two cars in opposite directions.

I had thought about what to do with the right side signposts.
But decided I would leave them as those arrows point into the scene; and the wording reads Mad.
