Night shots can be difficult even when the subject is stationary. I did a couple recently on a rain soaked night and I liked the result but would like to reshoot. Were you hand holding the camera for this shot?

thanks for you feedback
On the opposite side of the road , fortunately i got an half wall of a mall, where my elbows got a firm support and more stability
