    The guy is just darn stupid...

    However even for us less stupid photographers, there is no image worth hurting an animal in any way to get and that includes harrassing the critter!

    +1 And I think that has to extend to not intruding on wildlife when predators are about to consume prey - though I have found that very hard at times.

    I had to read the full article to see the extent of his stupidity. I thought at first it was for only photographing the manatee, but he was actually removing it from its natural environment. I wonder if his daughters will get some negative feedback also.

    Makes me wonder when a man is released on $2500.00 bail for an offence carrying a $500.00 fine??????????
    No image of him actually hugging the Manatee?
